Align Online Therapy
Online therapy practice for adults in their 20s and 30s, licensed in California. Specializes in anxiety, relationship anxiety, family boundaries, overthinking, people-pleasing, identity, OCD, disordered eating, burnout, life transitions, and loneliness. Eight California-licensed therapists, entirely online, with particular experience supporting South Asian, immigrant, and bicultural clients.
Align Online Therapy is a small, considered group practice based in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2022 by Jasmeet Bhullar, LMFT (CA #117019), Align provides entirely online (telehealth) therapy to clients located anywhere in California. The practice serves adults in their 20s and 30s — the in-between years where the questions get specific, where family of origin starts asking different things, and where the work is figuring out who you are outside the expectations you inherited.
The practice operates by selection, not expansion. Eight therapists. Longer relationships. Deeper work. Trained across CBT, attachment, EMDR, EFT, IFS, ACT, ERP, DBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, somatic, and Bowen Family Systems.
